WORK EXPERIENCE: 20 years of building, remodeling and troubleshooting existing problems // Built room additions, attached and detached garages // Personally (meaning basically by myself) remodeled a number of homes inside and out // Replaced roof coverings like tile or fiberglass shingle let alone rehabilitating areas // Drywall, tape & texture and patchwork// framing, electrical, cement work -"patios, driveways, sidewalks, foundations etc.", plumbing, flooring - " tile, wood, floating composite etc." painting inside/out replace windows, doors/trim // replace, troubleshoot and repair commercial/residential heating and cooling, plus duct work. Kitchen and bathroom remodeling. Basically I can build you a home from the ground up! Handyman background gives loads of troubleshooting experience for things like "Where's that leak coming from?" All this coupled with an electrical engineering background in research and development gives me quite a foundation for inspecting homes!

MOBILE HOME AND/OR MANUFACTURED HOME EXPERIENCE: Same background above applies to mobile homes and manufactured homes including moving and leveling.

MY GOAL: Simply put, to do the best job I can as your representative for this very important purchase you are embarking on. I take this very seriously and have the education/experience background to make it as painless and informative as possible. I spend more time on an inspection as other inspectors do. I can't just run in and out, on to the next one. I try to do just one inspection a day, basically because it takes 8 hours plus to do an inspection properly. I don't print out the inspection on site as it takes time to narrate it properly with explaining the problems and possible solutions. This is a benefit to you as when you have the problem addressed by a contractor you can hand them the section of the report that pertains to them so they fully understand the problem and fix it. (Contractors typically want to get in and out as fast as possible to make maximum with minimum input same with home inspectors as they are contractors as well)
